Edgar and Theresa Hyman founded The Echo Design Group on September 27, 1923, the day of their wedding. Today, over 80 years later, their daughter Dorothy Roberts is Chairman of Echo and continues to run a powerful family business. Her son Steven Roberts is CEO and President, her daughter Lynn Roberts is Vice President of Advertising and Public Relations, and her daughter-in-law, Meg Roberts, is the Senior Designer for Echo's successful Home Division.
