Dorothy Roberts, Chairman of The Echo Design Group, heads one of the largest scarf and accessories companies in the United States. She has presided over Echo's growth from a small family business to a major force in the accessories marketplace. In the past 20 years, under Roberts' management, the company has initiated an aggressive retail development program, expanded its custom and private label division and diversified its product lines. She has also streamlined the entire Echo operation via advanced computerization and a focused personnel structure under the broad categories of Marketing and Operations. In 1992, Roberts won FABB's Lifetime Achievement Award, and in 2003, she celebrated her 50th anniversary with Echo.
